The city of Warri has witnessed a glorious reign of great Kings, who have left indelible marks during their tenures, and the most recent to sit on the great stool is Ogiame Atuwatse III. Amidst controversies over specific customary laws, the new King has had to wait six years before succeeding his father Ogiame Atuwatse II, but that has in no way diminished his zest to do right by the throne and the people he rules.
